Since its inception, the Sargent Avborne Pneumatic Shop has strived to exceed customer and industry requirements. Our capabilities include all pneumatic components found within both narrow-body and wide body aircraft pneumatic systems. The shop is divided into three main areas, Starters, Valves, and Air Cycle Machines. Sargent Avborne services these components for the Boeing family of aircraft as well as Airbus, and Douglas.

The Pneumatic shop has 12,000 square feet of dedicated space which is designed for a high flow of component repairs. Modern test equipment allows for accurate, reliable, and expedient service. We also have the benefit our in-house machine shop and rewind shop to ensure that customers receive quality workmanship in a timely matter. Sargent Avborne is constantly investing in data acquisition test equipment, tooling upgrades, fully modernized test stands and expanding capabilities to service the newest aircraft requirements.

We have assembled a team of highly qualified personnel with an average of ten years working experience. This team collectively shares skills on various aircraft systems which is especially beneficial when troubleshooting recurring failures. We pride ourselves in offering customers technical experience and full support for all their maintenance needs.
