Sargent Avborne operates one
of the industry’s premier hydraulic
shops. Sargent Avborne’s technical skill,
customer support programs, test capabilities
and equipment are highly regarded among
airline customers. We work closely with
our airline customers to provide on site
troubleshooting, technical expertise,
and preventative maintenance schedules
for total support on hydraulic components
and systems. Our shop has over 13,500
square-feet of dedicated space and capabilities
to service over 300 components monthly.
Data acquisition capabilities are available
on 75 percent of the products we service,
while automated test banks ensure efficient
and accurate servicing on multiple components
at once.
Capabilities are expanding constantly
to accommodate our next generation aircraft
hydraulic equipment, hydraulic
pumps, valves, actuators, gearboxes, flap
transmissions, anti-skid and power control
units.
New Generation Capabilities include: A320 PCU’s and Actuators,
757 PDU,
747 PCU,
Servo Valves, A320 Spoiler Actuators,
A320 Wing Tip Brakes
