Our Electrical Shop
combines state of the art test equipment
with the talent and innovation of some
of the most experienced technicians in
the industry. The three main areas covered
within this shop include avionics, electronic
accessories and electromechanical components.
We perform overhauls and repairs on equipment
such as radar, PDU’s, ignition exciters,
window heat controls, strobe lights, Boeing
accessory boxes, inverters, emergency
lights, power supplies and more.
• Our AVIONICS
group includes electronic engineers, factory
training from all major manufacturers,
aircraft systems installation and troubleshooting
experience on 700/900 series capabilities.
• In the ELECTRONIC
ACCESSORIES area, capabilities
are constantly evolving and expanding
with the benefit of our Avtron Univate
automatic test station. Units are tested
and aligned to the highest degree of performance
producing component integrity that far
exceed minimal standards.
• The ELECTROMECHANICAL
section has pooled the resources of engineers
and A&P mechanics to merge aircraft
practical experience with the innovation
of today's next generation data acquisition
test systems. Items include Pneumatic
Drive Units, Speed Brake Assemblies, Coupler
Assemblies along with virtually all types
of motorized Linear and Rotary Actuator
devices. These items receive the finest
attention to detail with multiple tests
to ensure a long operating life in the
aircraft.
Substantial years of experience have proven
to be an indispensable asset to our customers
when providing build specifications and
engineering orders that have demonstrated
increased reliability in the field. Airline
engineering departments have worked with
us, hand in hand, to further develop solutions
to common failures and to improve on-wing
time for components. The comprehensive
and diverse ability of our technicians
is the cornerstone of our ability to achieve
the most demanding customer requirements.
